摘 要:针对传统轨道接触式动位移测试的不足,通过红外感应相机作为图像采集触发装置及远程数据发送装置,研发了一套现场轨道动位移图像采集装置及方法。在优选合理标志物的基础上,利用室内动三轴仪试验验证了该方法对振动波形和幅值均有较好的适用性,且精度较高。利用该技术进行现场长期测试,结果表明该方法可以实现无人值守轨道动位移长期监测,通过远程传输技术,实现现场动位移幅值的实时传输。动位移幅值基本服从正态分布,车型(轴重)对钢轨竖向位移影响较为明显。Aiming at the deficiency of traditional track contact dynamic displacement test,a set of on-site track dynamic displacement image acquisition device and method were developed by using infrared induction camera as image acquisition trigger device and remote data transmission device. Based on the optimization of reasonable markers,the indoor dynamic triaxial test verifies that the method was suitable for vibration waveform and amplitude,and the accuracy was relatively high. Using this technology for long-term field testing,the results show that this method can realize the long-term monitoring of dynamic displacement of unattended track,and realize the real-time transmission of field dynamic displacement amplitude through remote transmission technology. The dynamic displacement amplitude basically obeys the normal distribution,and the vehicle type(axle load)has an obvious influence on the vertical deformation of rail.
