奶牛皱胃积食与瓣胃阻塞的综合诊疗措施

摘　　要：奶牛皱胃积食与瓣胃阻塞为奶牛的常发胃肠道疾病,多因饲料管理不善,饲料搭配不合理,引起胃的兴奋性和收缩力降低,导致发生皱胃积食与瓣胃阻塞。本文从两种疾病的发病原因出发,对临床症状与诊断、治疗措施等分别进行阐述,对奶牛皱胃积食在临床上采取综合治疗,大量补充体液和兴奋药,排出皱胃内容物,增强胃蠕动,增加分泌液,促进消化机能的恢复。对奶牛瓣胃阻塞则采取瓣胃注射疗法,配合中药以健脾开胃,消食化气为主,特别是奶牛严重皱胃积食与瓣胃阻塞,采取手术“彻底冲洗法”治疗,效果相对理想。The abomasum and valvular obstruction are common gastrointestinal diseases in dairy cows,mostly due to poor feed management and unreasonable feed combination,which cause the excitability and contractility of the stomach to decrease,resulting in abomasum and valvular obstruction.This paper elaborated from the pathogenesis of the two diseases,analysed the clinical symptoms and diagnosis,treatment measures etc..For the clinical treatment of dairy wrinkle stomachs,we can supplement a large number of body fluids and excitement,exchange the stomach contents,enhances gastric peristalism,increase secretion,promote the recovery of digestive function.Dairy tubular stomach can take the petal gastric injection therapy,using Chinese medicine with spleen appetizing,especially to the crowds of dairy with cropping and flavor blocked,the effect of taking surgery"thorough rinse"treatment is quite ideal.
