摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展以及消费需求的不断扩大,奶牛养殖业发展迅猛,我国的奶牛饲养量也随之增加,但随之也产生了很多的奶牛疾病问题,其中因为真胃变位而导致奶牛死淘的情况愈来愈多。而现阶段我国对于奶牛真胃变位的成因和防治机制缺乏明确的定论与规定,使该病一直无法得到有效地解决,影响了奶牛养殖业的发展。本文论述了奶牛真胃变位的影响因素,阐述其的发病规律,提出了防治措施,为奶牛养殖从业人员提供借鉴。With the development of China's economy and the continuous expansion of consumer demand,the dairy cow breeding industry is developing rapidly,the number of dairy cows,in China also increases,but it also produces a lot of cow disease,including more and more cows death because of gastric metaplasia.However,at present,there is no definite conclusion and regulation on the cause and prevention mechanism of abomasum transposition in dairy cows in China,so the disease cannot be effectively solved,which affects the development of dairy cow breeding industry.In this paper,the influencing factors of the transposition of abomasum in dairy cows were discussed,the pathogenesis of the transposition was described,and the prevention and treatment measures were put forward.
