摘　　要：预包装食品标签标示的“食品名称、配料、营养成分表、生产日期、保质期、生产者、条码”等产品信息,是保障消费者合法权益的有效方式,也是消费者选购和了解食品信息的重要途径。近几年,因产品标签标示问题,食品企业被“职业打假投诉/索赔、职能部门查处”的事件屡有发生,扰乱了食品行业的健康发展。本文对预包装食品标签企业审核食品名称,配料,营养成分表,日期标示关键要素,针对性进行深入分析研究,进一步探讨产品真实属性、简化配料合规性出处、规范营养宣称的合规性,并提出辅料标示困惑的解决对策。Product information such as"food name,ingredients,nutritional content,production date,shelf life,producer,and barcode"indicated on labels of prepackaged food is not only an effective method to protect consumer rights and interests,but also an important way for consumers to purchase food and know more information.In recent years,food companies have been investigated by professional anti-counterfeiting complaints/claims and functional departments due to product labeling issues,disrupting sound development of food industry.Targeted in-depth research and corresponding solutions were carried out in this paper to clarify the key elements of labels of prepackaged food,discuss the true attributes of products,simplify the source of ingredient compliance,standardize the compliance of nutrition claims and propose solutions to confusion of excipient labeling.
