摘  要:针对不同水体和水质指标测定过程中全自动化学间断分析仪的参数优化问题,以市政污水造成的地表水污染水体为研究对象,采用加标回收率和相对标准偏差评价法,在全自动化学间断分析仪测定地表水磷酸盐过程中,对染色剂和还原剂的剂量及静置时间等参数进行了优化。结果表明,用此方法监测地表水磷酸盐时,染色剂剂量是主要影响因素,需要控制在35~50μL之内,磷酸盐的加标回收率可以达到99.62%,相对标准偏差仅为0.43%,优化后的参数对河流水体磷酸盐测定有指导意义。In view of the parameter optimization problem of automatic chemical discontinuous analyzer in the determination of different water bodies and water quality indexes, surface water polluted by municipal sewage is taken as the research object, the spiked recovery rate and the relative standard deviation evaluation method are adopted. In the process of automatic chemical discontinuous analyzer measuring surface water phosphate, the dosage and resting time of dyeing agent and reducing agent are optimized. The results show that the dosage of dye is the main influencing factor when using this method to monitor phosphate in surface water, which needs to be controlled within 35~50 μl. The recovery rate of phosphate can reach 99.62%, and the relative standard deviation is only 0.43%. The optimized parameters have guiding significance for the determination of phosphate in river water.
