摘 要:为实现重油的高质化利用,该文分别从重油临氢热改质与重油碳化制备功能性碳素材料两个角度出发,设计了重油热转化与功能性应用综合实验。重油临氢热改质过程包含临氢降黏裂化和临氢延迟焦化,而重油基碳素材料制备包含对原料进行溶剂脱固以制备优质针状焦,以及利用劣质石油焦制备多孔活性炭吸附材料、超级电容器和铁碳微电解填料。该实验设计具有一定整体性和连贯性,有利于加深学生对重油转化和高质化利用过程的认识,提高动手能力,培养科研思维。In order to realize the high-quality utilization of heavy oil,a comprehensive experiment of heavy oil thermal upgrading and functional application is designed from the perspectives of hydrogen thermal upgrading and carbonization of it to prepare functional carbon materials.The hydrothermal upgrading process of heavy oil includes hydro-visbreaking and hydro-delayed coking,while the preparation of heavy oil-based carbon materials includes solvent desolidation of raw materials to prepare high-quality needle coke,and preparation of porous activated carbon adsorption materials,super capacitors and iron carbon micro-electrolysis fillers from inferior petroleum coke.The experimental design has a certain integrity and coherence,which is conducive to deepen students’ understanding of heavy oil upgrading and high-quality utilization process,improve their hands-on ability and cultivate their scientific research thinking.
