摘  要:基于问题导向性、学科交叉性和工程应用性的教研融合式综合实验设计,针对水污染控制领域的研究热点问题,提出采用自制Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)@La-TiO_(2)(La-FST)磁性纳米光催化剂,通过高效管式升流磁膜(TUMF)光催化反应器处理有机废水。实验结果表明:La-FST催化剂与TUMF的组合显著提升了二氯酚废水的光降解效果。该光催化体系操作简单,光效率高,稳定性强,无需催化剂的分离回收,可实现水中有机污染物的高效连续光催化降解。该综合实验中,教师以学科前沿知识为基垫,引导学生自主实践学习,旨在于实验探索中植入创新意识,培养学生分析和解决问题的能力,提升学生的工程实践综合素质。Based on the integrated experimental design of teaching and research with problem orienting,interdisciplinary and engineering applying,aiming at the research hot issues in the field of wastewater pollution control,self-made magnetic nano photocatalyst as Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)@La-TiO_(2)(La-FST) is used to treat organic wastewater in a high efficiency tubular upflow magnetic film(TUMF) photocatalytic reactor.The experimental results show that the photodegradation effects of dichlorophenol wastewater are improved significantly by combination of La-FST catalyst and TUMF reactor.The photocatalytic system has the advantages of simple operation,high photocatalytic efficiency and strong stability.It does not need the separation and recovery of catalyst,and the efficient and continuous photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants can be realized in water.Through this comprehensive experiment,teachers take the frontier knowledge of the discipline as the foundation to guide students’ independent practical learning,aiming to implant innovative consciousness in experimental exploration,cultivate their ability to analyze and solve problems,and improve their comprehensive quality of engineering practice.
