摘 要:大木作是中国古代建筑史中的重要内容,由于其知识点多、内容抽象且覆盖面广,仅靠传统的理论讲解并辅以图片说明,难以让学生真正理解并掌握。该文以重点文物保护单位“华林寺大殿”为例,利用虚拟现实内容创作引擎软件Idea VR构建华林寺大殿大木作虚拟模型,通过传统认知(即传统的“理论讲解+图片说明”)和虚拟认知(即虚拟环境下的大木构件拆装)实验,对虚拟环境下的华林寺大殿大木构件的认知开展实验研究。研究结果表明,虚拟认知方式对中国古建筑大木构件的感知及其理解的准确性明显高于传统认知方式,虚拟环境下的大木构件拆装教学不仅能激发学生的学习热忱、提高学生的学习兴趣,还能让学生直观地理解并掌握古建筑大木构件的名称及其相关内容。Wooden component is important in the history of ancient Chinese architecture.Because of many knowledge points,abstract content and wide coverage,it is difficult for students to really understand and master it only by traditional theoretical explanation and supplemented by pictures.Taking the key cultural relics protection unit “Hualin Temple Hall” as an example,this paper uses the virtual reality content creation engine software Idea VR to construct the wooden component virtual model of Hualin Temple Hall,Through the experiments of traditional cognition(i.e.traditional “theoretical explanation + picture explanation”) and virtual cognition(i.e.disassembly and assembly of wooden components in virtual environment),the experimental research on the cognition of wooden components in Hualin Temple Hall in virtual environment is carried out.The results show that the accuracy of the perception and understanding of ancient Chinese architectural wooden components by the virtual cognitive approach is significantly higher than that by the traditional cognitive approach,the disassembly and assembly teaching of wooden components in the virtual environment can not only stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm and improve their learning interest,but also enable students to intuitively understand and master the names and related contents of ancient Chinese architectural wooden components.
