摘  要:为提高重塑土试样的均匀性与制样效率,研制了一种多功能重塑土制样装置。该装置由压力机和制样模具组成,可用于制备直接剪切、三轴剪切、环剪等3种标准试样。采用该装置与传统分层击实法分别制备20个三轴试样,并对试样进行无侧限抗压试验,结果表明,前者无侧限抗压强度离散性显著低于后者,多功能重塑土制样装置制备的试样均匀性更好。该装置具有构造简单、小巧轻便、操作简单、制样效率高、试样均匀性好等特点,既可用于本科教学实验,也可用于科学试验。In order to improve the uniformity and sample preparation efficiency of remolded soil samples,a multifunctional device for remodeling soil sample preparation is developed,the device is composed of two parts:press machine and sampling mold,it can be used to prepare three kinds of standard samples,such as direct shear,triaxial shear and ring shear.20 triaxial samples are prepared by this device,and 20 triaxial specimens are prepared by the traditional layered compaction method,and then the unconfined compression test are carried out.The result shows the discreteness of unconfined compressive strength of the former is significantly lower than that of the latter,the uniformity of the sample prepared by the multifunctional remolded soil sample preparation device is better.The device has a series of advantages,such as simple in structure,small and light in size,and easy to operate,it can be used for both undergraduate teaching experiment and scientific experiment.
