摘 要:该文建立了基于高光谱成像技术的复合绝缘子表面污秽状态检测实验平台。基于实验平台的实验内容包括污秽绝缘子制备、高光谱数据采集与处理、建立分类模型等,并通过分析不同污秽状态绝缘子光谱曲线的差异,对绝缘子污秽状态进行了准确分类。该实验平台涉及光学、高压、计算机等多个学科,是学生综合利用多学科专业知识处理绝缘子污秽状态分类问题的专业实验平台,既可培养学生知识拓展能力和实践应用能力,也能帮助他们很好地理解绝缘子特性和污闪现象。In this paper,an experimental platform of composite insulator surface contamination detection based on hyperspectral imaging technology is established.The experimental contents based on the experimental platform include polluted insulator preparation,hyperspectral data acquisition and processing,establishment of classification model,etc.By analyzing the differences of insulator spectral curves in different polluted states,the polluted states of insulators are accurately classified.The experimental platform involves many disciplines such as optics,high voltage and computer.It is a professional experimental platform for students to comprehensively use multidisciplinary professional knowledge to deal with insulator pollution status classification.It can not only cultivate students’ knowledge expansion ability and practical application ability,but also help them understand insulator characteristics and pollution flashover phenomenon.
