磁性纳米细菌传感器表征污染土壤生物毒性的教学实验设计

摘　　要：设计了一个适用于本科生环境监测学、环境生物学和环境土壤学等环境学科专业的探索性实验——磁性纳米细菌传感器(MNPs-P.phosphoreum biosensor)表征污染土壤生物毒性实验。实验内容包括MNPs-P.phosphoreum Biosensor合成、MNPs-P.phosphoreum Biosensor对污染土壤中HgCl;响应测定、MNPs-P.phosphoreum Biosensor对重金属污染土壤生物毒性表征等。该实验可以锻炼学生的实验操作能力,加深他们对环境生物学与监测学中生物检测相关内容的理解,直观感受重金属污染土壤对生物带来的应激反应,激发学生对环境土壤学、环境微生物和环境毒理学等前沿知识的兴趣。An exploratory experiment suitable for undergraduate students in environmental disciplines such as environmental monitorings,environmental biology and soil science was designed:characterization of a contaminated soil biotoxicity experiment using magnetic nanoparticles photobacterium phosphoreum biosensor(MNPs-P.phosphoreum biosensor).The experimental contents included MNPs-P.phosphoreum biosensor synthesis,response assay of MNPs-P.phosphoreum biosensor to HgCl;in contaminated soils,characterization of MNPs-P.phosphoreum biosensor biotoxicity to heavy metal contaminated soils,and so on.The experiment can exercise students’ experimental manipulation ability,deepen their understanding of the contents related to biological detection in Environmental Biology and monitoring,intuitively sense the stress response brought by heavy metal contaminated soils to living organisms,and stimulate students’ interest in the frontier knowledge of environmental sociology,environmental microorganisms,and environmental toxicology.
