大型科研仪器保险保障机制的探索研究——以浙江理工大学为例

摘　　要：该文通过分析高校大型科研仪器设备在开放共享中存在的问题,探索构建这类仪器的保险保障机制。借助保险杠杆作用,加强大型科研仪器的管理,提升其使用效率,为创造良好的仪器开放共享提供风险保障,为减轻仪器设备维修负担搭建坚实的风险屏障,为高校推进这类仪器的开放共享提供参考和借鉴。By analyzing the problems existing in the opening and sharing of large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment in colleges and universities,this paper suggests to explore and build an insurance guarantee mechanism for large-scale instruments,strengthen the management of large-scale scientific research instruments with the help of insurance leverage,and improve the utilization efficiency of the instruments,so as to establish a good opening and sharing mechanism of such instruments,provide risk guarantee,reduce the burden of such instruments and equipment maintenance,build a solid risk barrier and provide some reference for universities to promote the opening and sharing of large-scale instruments.
