摘  要:化工类实验室由于实验内容的特殊性以及实验设备的复杂性,具有高温高压、易燃易爆、中毒等危险,实验室安全建设面临更大的挑战。为系统地对化工实验室的安全水平进行评价,建立了化学品安全、设备安全、应急管理、管理保障、风险防控等5个一级指标以及22个二级指标。利用G1法和熵权法确定指标的综合权重,并运用可拓性评价对实验室安全等级进行评定,针对不安全因素提出相应的安全对策,评价结果表明实验室整体安全水平较高,但是化学品以及工业设备风险等级较高,仍有较大的提升空间。Due to the particularity of experimental contents and the complexity of experimental equipment,chemical laboratories have the risks of high temperature and high pressure,flammability and explosion,poisoning and so on.The safety construction of laboratories is facing greater challenges.In order to systematically evaluate the safety level of chemical laboratory,5 first-class indexes and 22 second-class indexes such as chemical safety,equipment safety,emergency management,management guarantee and risk prevention and control are established.The G1 method and entropy weight method are used to determine the comprehensive weight of the index,and the extension evaluation is used to evaluate the safety level of the laboratory,and the corresponding safety countermeasures are put forward for unsafe factors.The evaluation results show that the overall safety level of the laboratory is high,but the risk level of chemicals and industrial equipment is high,so there is still much room for improvement.
