养心通络方治疗冠心病伴心律失常患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察养心通络方治疗冠心病伴心律失常患者临床疗效。方法将我院收治的100例冠心病伴心律失常患者按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各50例。观察组应用养心通络方联合常规西医治疗,对照组应用常规西医治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后心功能、心电图、生活质量、脑钠肽(BNP)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量。结果治疗后,观察组总有效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组左心室舒张末期内径(LVDD)、心率(HR)、QT间期离散度(QTd)均下降,左心室射血分数(LVEF)均升高,且观察组LVDD、HR、QTd均低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05);两组生活质量各个项目评分均升高,且观察组生活质量各个项目评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组BNP、hs-CRP均降低,且观察组BNP、hs-CRP均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养心通络方对冠心病伴心律失常患者疗效佳,能提高患者心功能,改善心电活动,提高躯体活动等生活质量指标,作用机制与BNP、hs-CRP降低有关。Objective To observe the effect of Yangxin Tongluo Decoction on the physical activity of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases each.Observation group was treated with Yangxin Tongluo Decoction combined with conventional western medicine,and control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The clinical effects,heart function,electrocardiogram,quality of life,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)content of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effectiveness of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);the left ventricular end diastolic menstruation(LVDD),heart rate(HR),QT interval dispersion(QTd)were reduced in both groups,and left ventricular ejection Scores(LVEF)increased,and LVDD,HR,QTd of observation group were lower than control group,and LVEF was higher than control group(P<0.05);the scores of each item of the quality of life of both groups increased,and were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05);BNP and hs-CRP of both groups were reduced,and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxin Tongluo Decoction has a good effect on patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.It can improve the patient’s cardiac function,improve cardiac electrical activity,improve physical activity and other quality of life indicators.The mechanism of action is related to the reduction of BNP and hs-CRP.
