摘  要:目的优选慢前康颗粒剂提取工艺。方法以水为提取溶媒,考察提取时间、溶剂用量、提取次数3个因素对提取工艺的影响,运用正交试验,以处方中主要成分羟基红花黄色素A、茯苓酸、川续断皂苷Ⅵ、丹酚酸B、芍药苷、薯蓣皂苷元的含量以及得膏率进行多指标评价依据,综合评分优选最佳提取工艺。结果以加处方药材10倍量的水,提取3次,每次1h为最优提取工艺。结论优选慢前康颗粒剂的提取工艺可靠稳定,最大程度保留其有效成分,可作为工业制剂生产。Objective Optimizing the extraction process of Manqiankang Granule.Methods Using water as the extraction solvent,the effects of the three factors of extraction time,solvent dosage,and extraction times on the extraction process were investigated.Using orthogonal experiments,the main ingredients in the prescription were hydroxysafflor yellow A,Pachymic acid,AsperosaponinⅥ,Salvianolic acid B,Paeoniflorin,Diosgenin and the yield of ointment were evaluated based on multiple indexes,and the best extraction process was selected by comprehensive score.Results The optimal extraction process was to add water 10 times the amount of prescription medicinal materials,extract 3 times,1 h each time.Conclusion Preferably,the extraction process of Manqiankang Granule is reliable and stable,retains its active ingredients to the greatest extent,and can be produced as an industrial preparation.
