子午流注开穴联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗产后缺乳临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察子午流注开穴联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗产后缺乳的效果。方法将我院妇产科收治的110例产后缺乳产妇按照治疗方式分为对照组与观察组各55例。对照组给予自拟通乳汤治疗,观察组给予子午流注开穴联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗,对比两组产妇临床疗效、治疗前后中医症状评分及泌乳评分。结果观察组临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医症状各项评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组中医症状各项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组泌乳各项评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组泌乳各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子午流注开穴联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗产后缺乳效果显著,既可显著减轻产妇的临床症状,又可显著提高泌乳质量,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of Meridional flow opening method combined with low frequency acupoint electric pulse on postpartum lactation deficiency.Methods A total of 110 puerperants with postpartum breast deficiency were divided into control group and observation group,each with 55 cases.Control group was given self-made Tongru Decoction;observation group was given Meridional flow opening method combined with low frequency acupoint electric pulse.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores and lactation scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptoms scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM symptoms scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);the lactation scores after treatment in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and were significantly higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Meridional flow opening method combined with low frequency acupoint electric pulse is remarkable,which can both reduce the maternal clinical symptoms and improve the lactation quality significantly and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
