摘　　要：目的观察和中汤加减联合推拿对功能性腹痛(FAP)患儿消化功能的影响。方法将我院120例FAP患儿按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各60例。对照组采用山莨菪碱和双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗,观察组采用和中汤联合推拿治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后腹痛程度、持续时间、腹痛次数,胃肠激素水平。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组腹痛程度、持续时间、腹痛次数均降低,且观察组腹痛程度、持续时间、腹痛次数均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组生长抑素(SS)水平增加、胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)水平均下降,且观察组SS高于对照组,MOT、GAS水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论和中汤加减联合推拿治疗FAP患儿临床疗效显著,能缓解腹痛,调节胃肠激素水平。Objective To observe the effect of Modified Hezhong Decoction with massage on the digestive function of children with functional abdominal pain(FAP).Methods A total of 120 children with FAP were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases each.Control group was treated with anisodamine and bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria,and observation group was treated with Modified Hezhong Decoction combined with massage.The clinical effects,the degree of abdominal pain,duration,number of abdominal pain,and gastrointestinal hormone levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);the degree,duration,and frequency of abdominal pain were reduced in both groups;the degree,duration,and frequency of abdominal pain in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the levels of Somatostatin(SS)increased,Motilin(MOT)and Gastrin(GAS)levels decreased in both groups;SS in observation group was higher than that in control group,while MOT and GAS levels were lower in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Hezhong Decoction combined with massage has a significant clinical effect on children with FAP by relieving abdominal pain and regulating gastrointestinal hormone levels.
