布地奈德福莫特罗联合三伏贴对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及中医症候的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察布地奈德福莫特罗联合三伏贴对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能及中医症候的影响。方法 将我院130例稳定期COPD患者随机分成观察组与对照组各65例。观察组应用布地奈德福莫特罗、三伏贴联合治疗,对照组吸入布地奈德福莫特罗治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、肺功能、中医症候。结果 治疗后,观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)均增高,且观察组患者FEV1、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者中医症候积分均下降,且观察组患者咳嗽、咳痰、喘促气短、畏寒、腰膝酸软积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 布地奈德福莫特罗联合三伏贴治疗稳定期COPD患者临床疗效显著,提高肺功能,改善中医症候。Objective To obseve the effect of budesonide formoterol combined with sanfu paste on lung function and TCM symptoms of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods The 130 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 65 cases each. Observation group was treated with budesonide formoterol and Sanfu Paste,and control group was treated with budesonide formoterol inhalation. The clinical efficacy,lung function,TCM symptoms,and inflammatory marker levels of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group( P<0.05);the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),the percentage of FEV1 to the predicted value(FEV1%),and the percentage of air volume occupying vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)increased in both groups,and were higher in observation group than control group( P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased,and the scores of cough,sputum,shortness of breath,chills,and soreness of waist and knees were lower in observation group than control group( P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of budesonide and formoterol has a significant clinical effect in treatment of stable COPD by improving lung function and TCM symptoms.
