羟考酮与曲马多治疗老年中度癌痛的临床对比

摘　　要：目的:比较羟考酮与曲马多治疗老年中度癌痛的临床效果。方法:前瞻性选取我院2019-02~2020-09收治的90例老年中度癌痛患者,采用掷硬币法分为观察组45例与对照组45例,对照组采用盐酸曲马多片治疗,观察组采用盐酸羟考酮片治疗,两组连续治疗14d。比较两组治疗前、治疗14d后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)评分、疼痛数字评分(NRS)以及治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗14d后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分以及NRS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组便秘发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组嗜睡与头晕发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸羟考酮片和盐酸曲马多片均可治疗老年中度癌痛患者,但盐酸羟考酮片的镇痛效果优于盐酸曲马多片,能更好地消除患者的负性情绪,安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of oxycodone and tramadol in the treatment of senile moderate cancer pain.Methods:A prospective study was used to select 90 elderly patients with moderate cancer pain admitted to Zhengzhou Huazhuo Hospital from February 2019 to September 2020 and divide them into observation group and control group by coin toss method,45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with tramadol hydrochloride tablets,observation group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride tablets,both groups were treated for 14 consecutive days.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self-rating Depression Scale score(SDS),pain digital score(NRS)and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups before treatment and 14 days after treatment.Results:After 14 days of treatment,SAS,SDS and NRS scores in 2 groups were lower than before,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of constipation adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of narcolepsy and dizziness between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Oxycodone hydrochloride tablets and tramadol hydrochloride tablets can both treat elderly patients with moderate cancer pain,but the analgesic effect of oxycodone hydrochloride tablets is better than tramadol hydrochloride tablets,which can better eliminate the negative emotion of patients,with high safety.
