摘　　要：目的:探讨肌肉深层振动仪辅助曲安奈德痛点注射治疗慢性腰肌劳损的疗效。方法:采用前瞻性随机试验方法,选择2018-07~2020-07郑州市惠济区人民医院收治的86例慢性腰肌劳损患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组采用曲安奈德痛点注射法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用肌肉深层振动仪治疗,两组均治疗2周。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗2周后疼痛程度及腰部活动度。结果:治疗2周后,两组患者视觉模拟评分表(VAS)评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周后,两组患者侧屈、前屈、侧旋活动度均大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肌肉深层振动仪辅助曲安奈德痛点注射治疗慢性腰肌劳损,可有效缓解患者疼痛,提高患者腰部活动度。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of triamcinolone acetonide pain point injection assisted by deep muscle vibrator in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods:A prospective controlled trial was used to select 86 patients with chronic psoas muscle strain admitted to Huiji District People's Hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 as the subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide pain point injection,and the observation group was treated with muscle deep vibration instrument on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The pain degree and waist motion were compared between the two groups before and after treatment for 2 weeks.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,visual analog scale(VAS)scores of 2 groups were lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the lateral flexion,forward flexion and lateral rotation activity of 2 groups were greater than before,and the observation group was greater than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Triamcinolone acetonide pain point injection assisted by deep muscle vibrator can effectively relieve pain and improve waist mobility of patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain.
