摘　　要：在铝合金冷轧过程中,产品的表面质量是决定产品质量的重要考核指标,因此表面铝粉的控制就至关重要。介绍了奥科宁克(秦皇岛)铝业有限公司冷轧过程中铝粉控制的一些经验,供同行借鉴。经过数年的研究,公司的产品质量逐步提高,为满足用户要求、提高公司效益、减小劳动强度提供了重要依据。In the process of cold rolling,the surface of the product is an important assessment indicator that determines the quality of a product.Therefore,it is very important to control aluminum powder on the surface of the product.Some experiences in aluminum powder control of the cold rolling mill from Arconic(Qinhuangdao)Aluminum Co.,Ltd.has been stated for information to the counterparts.The company's product quality has been gradually improved over the years of research,which provides an important basis for meeting customer requirements,improving company efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
