摘  要:利用硬度计、电导率测试仪、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)试验研究了大变形量冷轧Al-Zn-Mg-Mn合金板经不同温度稳定化退火后的性能变化规律、拉伸断裂行为以及组织的演变。结果表明:在大变形量冷轧过程中,剧烈变形导致合金内部位错密度显著增加,冷轧所带来的高密度位错和缺陷诱发局部不均匀变形,导致合金内部形成大量剪切带;随着退火温度升高,合金硬度逐渐下降,电导率先增后减;冷轧状态下,合金组织分布不均匀,剪切带区域位错密度较大,变形储能较高,在单轴拉伸应力状态下,合金沿着剪切带方向发生剪切断裂;在合金稳定化退火过程中,合金内部在剪切带附近优先形核与长大,拉伸断裂行为由剪切断裂向混合型韧性断裂和韧性断裂转变,合金强度逐渐下降。The properties variation rules, tensile fracture behaviour and micro-structure evolution of large-deformation cold rolled Al-Zn-Mg-Mn alloy plates after stabilization annealing at different temperatures were studied by hardness meter, electrical conductivity device, optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM). The results show that in the process of large-deformation cold rolling, severe deformation results in a significant increase of dislocation density in the alloy. The high density of dislocations and defects induced by cold rolling lead in the local inhomogeneous deformation, resulting to the formation of a great number of shear bands in the alloy. With the increase of annealing temperature, the hardness of the alloy decreases gradually, and the conductivity increases first and then decreases. In the condition of cold rolling, the micro-structure of the alloy is distributed unevenly;due to the high dislocation density and deformation energy storage, in the condition of uniaxial tensile stress, the shear fracture occurs along the shear band direction. During the stabilization annealing process, the nucleation and the growth occur preferentially near the shear band inside the alloy;the tensile fracture behavior of the alloy changes from the shear fracture to the mixed ductile fracture and the ductile fracture, and the strength of the alloy decreases gradually.
