摘  要:从国内外最新的数字阵列雷达发展趋势入手,总结了数字阵列技术向“宽带化、离散化、智能化、灵巧化”发展在调制自由度、信号特征处理、参数控制与算法加速方面亟待突破的问题,同时对比分析了微波光子处理的适配性及优缺点,以微波光子雷达实用化推进为目的,对光模数转换、光正交解调、光波形产生、光射频总线、轻薄化集成等微波光子技术在数字阵列雷达系统中的应用进行了展望。Based on analyzing the latest development trends of digital array radar, in this paper, it is summarized the problems that need to be solved in the aspects of modulation freedom, signal characteristic processing, parameter control and algorithm acceleration in the development of digital array technology to “wideband, discrete, intelligent and flexible”. Meanwhile, the suitability, advantages and disadvantages of microwave photonic technology are discussed. For pushing forward the progress of practical implementation, the prospects of several microwave photonic technologies in digital phased array radar system are analyzed, including photonic analog-to-digital conversion, photonic quadrature demodulation, photonic arbitrary waveform generation, RF bus, etc.
