摘 要:以往弯曲回弹的研究多是通过单次理论计算或数值模拟方法获取控制回弹的参量,然而理论模型采用了多种近似条件,其计算结果多不能直接用于解决实际问题,难以通过一次校直达到目标精度。数值模拟则对材料模型的要求较高,其模拟结果仅可用于参考。因此,本文提出一种基于挠度的迭代补偿校直算法。针对平面单弧度轴类零件弯曲回弹问题,分别建立了差值法和弦截法迭代补偿校直模型。在此基础上研制了一台小型轴类零件智能校直机,并将上述迭代补偿校直算法嵌入基于LabVIEW和PLC开发的校直控制系统,进一步实现了智能校直。实验结果表明,该迭代补偿校直模型不依赖材料模型,开发的智能校直机具有较高的校直效率和校直精度。Previous researches on bending springback mainly rely on single theoretical calculation or numerical simulation^but the theoretical model cannot be directly used to solve practical problems because of the theoretical model use a variety of approximate conditions.Numerical simulation has higher requirements for the accuracy of material model,and the simulation results can only be used,for reference.Therefore,an iterative compensation method is proposed based on deflection.Two iterative compensation straightening model are established based on the difference method and secant method respectively,which are used to solve the bending springback problem of shaft parts with plan single deflection.On this basis,an intelligent straightening machine for shaft parts is developed.The automatic control of straightening process is realized by using PLC and servo motor.Based on LabVIEW platform^the above iterative compensation straightening algorithm is embedded in the straightening control system to achieve intelligent straightening.The experimental results show that the iterative compensation straightening model does not depend on the material model,and has general convergence and high convergence precision for the springback compensation problem.The intelligent straightening machine has high straightening efficiency and accuracy.
