摘  要:应用有限元分析技术对三线阵航摄仪摆扫机构进行力学结构分析后,利用6.5t振动台做空间环境试验验证三线阵航摄仪的摆扫机构设计的合理性。首先,通过有限元分析技术获得摆扫机构承受的最大应力和最大变形,然后,进行有无减震器的两种状态下的摆扫机构Z、Y两个方向的振动试验。通过试验表明,在满足静力学要求的随机振动试验环境下,不带电、稳速控制和摆扫轨迹控制的角速度精度均方根值没有明显差别;随机振动试验环境下,摆扫轨迹控制的角速度精度均方根值在可靠范围内,满足总体指标要求。因此,通过有限元技术以及振动试验可以有效的验证三线阵航摄仪摆扫机构在工作时,产生的振动不会影响摆扫机构控制系统的精度。After the mechanical structure analysis of three-wire array aerial camera swishing mechanism by using finite element analysis technology,the spatial environment test of 6.5t vibration table was conducted to verify the rationality of the design of three-wire array aerial camera swishing mechanism.Firstly,the maximum stress and maximum deformation of the swing-sweep mechanism are obtained through the finite element analysis technology. Then,the vibration tests of the swing-sweep mechanism in the two directions of Z and Y with or without shock absorbers are carried out.The experimental results show that there is no significant difference in RMS of angular velocity accuracy between static,steady velocity control and swing-path control under the random vibration test environment which meets the requirements of statics.In the random vibration test environment,the angular velocity precision root mean square value of pendulum sweep trajectory control is within the reliable range and meets the requirements of the overall index.Therefore,through the finite element technology and vibration test,it can effectively verify that the swing sweep mechanism of three-wire array aerial camera is working,and the vibration generated will not affect the precision of the swing sweep mechanism control system.
