摘 要:针对以往环模制粒机智能化程度低,模辊间隙的调整方式均是依靠工人手动调节的缺点,设计了一种环模制粒机模辊间隙自适应调整机构。首先,根据环模制粒机的工作原理设计了模辊间压力检测机构;其次,结合压辊偏心轴调隙原理设计了压辊组件和整体自适应调整机构,并根据设计参数对关键零部件进行相应的选型,然后设计了相关的控制系统,并根据控制结构原理,对控制系统进行模块选型;最后,通过生产试验验证了所设计的模辊间隙自适应调整机构的合理性与正确性。Aiming at the low degree of intelligence of the conventional ring die granulator,the adjustment of the die roll gap is based on the shortcomings of manual adjustment by the worker,and an adaptive adjustment mechanism of the die roll gap of the ring die granulator is designed.Firstly,according to the working principle of the ring die granulator,the pressure detecting mechanism between the die rolls is designed.Secondly,the pressure roller assembly and the overall adaptive adjustment mechanism are designed according to the eccentric shaft adjustment principle of the pressure roller,and the key components are selected according to the design parameters.Correspondingly,the relevant control system was designed,and the control system was selected according to the control structure principle. Finally,the rationality and correctness of the designed die gap adaptive adjustment mechanism are verified by production experiments.
