摘 要:晕动症(Motion Sickness,MS)作为一种常见的病症,严重影响人们的生活,目前关于晕动症的检测评估主要依赖偏主观的评价指标,存在一定的偏差和局限性。本文拟探究可用于量化评估晕动症的脑电特征因子,为精准的MS检测评估提供量化的参考依据。本文通过视觉旋转刺激的方式诱发晕动症,采集10位实验被试者的脑电信号(Electroencephalogram, EEG),并在实验过程中让被试者填写晕动易感性量表。通过对视觉诱发晕动症前后的EEG信号进行处理分析,结果表明视觉诱发晕动症前后C3通道α波、θ波以及δ波的功率谱特征具有显著性差异(p<0.05),且诱发前后的受试者主观量表得分也具有显著性差异(p<0.05),主观感受反馈与客观检测的结果一致。本研究表明脑电功率谱特征可以作为量化视觉诱发晕动症检测评估的参考特征之一,且主观与客观评估相结合能有效克服单一评估方法的不足,提高MS检测评估的准确性与可信度,为晕动症神经机制探究提供量化的数据支撑。As a common disease, motion sickness(MS) has a serious impact on people’s life. Currently, the detection and assessment of MS mainly rely on subjective evaluation, which has certain deviations and limitations.This paper intends to explore the EEG characteristic factors that can be used for quantitative evaluation of motion sickness, so as to provide quantitative reference for accurate MS detection and evaluation. In this study, visual rotation stimulation was used to induce MS for 10 subjects, and electroencephalogram(EEG) signals were collected from these, the susceptibility for MS for each subject was evaluated during the experiment. The EEG signals before and after visual induced motion sickness were processed and analyzed. Our results showed that the power spectrum characteristics of α, θ and δ waves in the C3 channel before and after visual motion sickness were significantly different(p<0.05) before and after visual induced motion sickness, the scores of susceptibility scale of subjects were also significantly different(p<0.05). Scores of susceptibility scale and EEG signal results were consistent.This study shows that EEG power spectrum characteristics can be used as one of the reference features for detecting and quantifying visually induced motion sickness, and the combination of subjective and objective assessment can effectively overcome the shortcomings of a single assessment method, improve the accuracy and credibility of MS detection and evaluation, and provide quantitative data support for the exploration of the neural mechanism of motion sickness.
