摘　　要：目的探讨切开复位无头变径空心螺钉结合微型钢板治疗中青年MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折的临床疗效。方法自2014年7月至2019年7月,我们共收治21例Mason I型桡骨头骨折患者,采用切开复位无头变径空心螺钉结合微型钢板固定治疗。术后随访观察骨折愈合.并发症发生率,并测量术后肘关节屈伸及前臂旋转活动范围,对其进行评价。结果术后17例获得完整随访,时间为11~38个月,平均23.9个月。根据Broberg-Morrey肘关节功能评分标准进行评定:优8例,良7例,可2例。术后未发生桡神经损伤、桡骨头坏死等并发症。结论无头空心螺钉结合微型钢板治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折,可获得满意疗效,但术中仍需重视侧副韧带的修复。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of open reduction and headless variable diameter hollow screw combined with mini plate fixation in the treatment of Mason typeⅢradial head fracture in young and middle-aged patients.Methods From July 2014 to July 2019,21 patients with Mason typeⅢradial head fracture were treated by open reduction and headless variable diameter hollow screw combined with mini plate fixation.The fracture healing,the incidence of complications,the range of elbow flexion and extension and forearm rotation were observed and evaluated.Results Seventeen cases were follow-up for 11 to 38 months with an average of 23.9 months.According to Broberg-Morrey elbow function score,the results were rated as excellent in 8 cases,good in 7 cases and fair in 2 cases.No radial nerve injury,radial head necrosis and other complications occurred.Conclusion The application of headless cannulated screw and mini plate for treatment of Mason typeⅢradial head fracture can obtain satisfactory results,but the attention should be paid to the repair of lateral collateral ligament during operation.
