摘 要:目的:总结疫情防控新常态下临床试验机构(以下简称"机构")对临床研究协调员(CRC)管理的策略。方法:分别从机构CRC管理制度的修订及更新、信息化技术的应用、培训管理及人文关怀等角度阐述机构管理的方式。结果:疫情防控新常态下,临床试验项目有序进行,实现对CRC动态化管理。结论:针对在疫情防控期CRC管理存在的问题采取相应的措施并加以解决,为有效科学进行CRC人员管理提供新思路。Objective: To summarize the strategy for clinical research coordinator(CRC)management in the post-epidemic period. Methods: The institutional management methods of our hospital were explained from the perspectives of the revision and update of the institutional CRC management system, the application of information technology, training management and humanistic care. Results: In the post-epidemic period, clinical trial projects were carried out in an orderly manner, and realized dynamic management of CRC in our hospital. Conclusion: Corresponding measures were taken and the problems were solved in CRC management in the epidemic prevention and control period in order to provide new ideas for effective and scientific management of CRC personnel.
