摘 要:目的:建立眼科经方石斛夜光丸中麦冬的混淆品山麦冬(湖北麦冬、短葶山麦冬)的检查方法,考察样品中麦冬的投料状况。方法:应用超液相色谱-串联电喷雾三重四级杆质谱(HPLC-MS-MS)技术,采用Waters CORTECS® C_(18)色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm, 2.7μm),以0.1%甲酸-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速:0.25 ml·min;,柱温:35℃,采用电喷雾离子源(ESI^(±)),以多反应监测(MRM)模式进行正、负离子分别扫描。结果:山麦冬的特征成分山麦冬皂苷B与短亭山麦冬皂苷在相应线性范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999),平均加样回收率为99.03%、97.96%,RSD均小于3.9%(n=9),91批石斛夜光丸样品检出山麦冬22批。结论:石斛夜光丸中存在麦冬和山麦冬的混用情况。Objective: To establish the detection method for Liriopes Radix(Liriope spicata and Radix Liriopes Muscari) as Ophiopogonis Radix adulterant in Shihu Yeguang pills to uncover the adulteration of Ophiopogonis Radix in Shihu Yeguang pills. Methods: The rapid resolution liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadruple mass spectrometry(RRLC-QQQ-MS/MS) was performed. The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Waters CORTECS®C_(18)(2.1 mm×100 mm, 2.5 μm) column with the mobile phase consisting of 0.1% formic acid solution-acetonitrile flowing at 0.25 ml·min^(-1) in a gradient elution manner. The column temperature was 35 ℃. The analytes were detected by tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization(ESI) source, and scanned by ESI;multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode. Results: Two components showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.999), and the recoveries ranged from 91.48% to 103.89% with the RSDs<3.9%(n=9). In 91 batches of Shihu Yeguang pills, Liriopes were detected out in 22 batches of samples. Conclusion: The mixture of Ophiopogonis Radix and Liriopes Radix exists in Shihu Xeguan pills.
