摘 要:目的研究优化过硫酸氢钾复合物粉溶液稳定性的pH值和NaCl含量。方法基于同1份样品,将其配制成浓度为1∶100的水溶液,通过调节溶液的pH值和NaCl含量,以溶液中有效氯含量降解至10.0%所用时间作为稳定性考察指标,筛选出稳定性时间最长情况下的pH值和NaCl含量。结果当pH值为2.1和2.2时,溶液稳定性随NaCl含量的升高(0.5%~4.0%)而变好,NaCl含量为4.0%时稳定性最好;当pH值为2.3时,NaCl含量为3.0%的溶液稳定性最好;当pH值为2.4~2.8时,NaCl含量为2.0%时均表现出最佳的溶液稳定性。其中,NaCl含量在1.5%~3.0%,pH值在2.5~2.8时,溶液稳定性均较好。结论pH值和NaCl含量对过硫酸氢钾复合物粉溶液稳定性时间影响显著,当溶液的pH值为2.5,NaCl含量为2.0%时,溶液稳定性最佳,达到了31 d。Objective To study and optimize the pH value and NaCl content on the stability of compound potassium hydrogen persulfate powder solution.Methods Based on the same sample,it was formulated into an aqueous solution with a concentration of 1:100.By adjusting the pH value and NaCl content of the solution,the time taken to degrade the available chlorine content of the solution to 10.0%was used as the stability inspection index to screen out the optimum pH value and NaCl content for the longest stability time.Results When the pH was 2.1 and 2.2,the stability of the solution became better with the increase of NaCl content(0.5%~4.0%),and the stability was the best when NaCl content was 4.0%;when the pH was 2.3,the stability was the best when NaCl content was 3.0%;when the pH was between 2.4 and 2.8,the stability of the solution was the best when NaCl content was 2.0%.Among them,when NaCl content was between 1.5%and 3.0%and the pH was between 2.5 and 2.8,the stability of the solutions was all better.Conclusion The pH value and NaCl content have significant effects on the stability time of compound potassium hydrogen persulfate powder solution.When the pH value is 2.5 and NaCl content is 2.0%,the stability of the solution is the best,reaching 31 days.
