摘 要:目的观察某聚六亚甲基双胍消毒剂对医院物体表面消毒效果。方法采用棉拭子涂抹采样和细菌定量培养方法,对某聚六亚甲基双胍消毒剂消毒医院病房物体表面的效果进行观察,并与含氯消毒剂做平行比较。结果浓度为1380 mg/L的聚六亚甲基双胍消毒剂和有效氯为500 mg/L的含氯消毒剂分别对物体表面擦拭消毒30 min,卫生质量合格率均为100%。消毒后24 h采样检测,聚六亚甲基双胍消毒的物体表面卫生合格率保持在70%,含氯消毒剂消毒后的物体表面卫生合格率为43%,基本恢复到消毒前的水平。两组消毒剂消毒后8 h物体表面卫生合格率差异有统计学意义。结论该聚六亚甲基双胍消毒剂对物体表面的消毒效果优于浓度500 mg/L的含氯消毒剂,但还需进一步研究。Objective To observe the disinfection effect of a certain polyhexamethylene biguanide disinfectant on the surface of objects in hospital.Methods Using cotton swab smear sampling and quantitative bacterial culture methods,the effect of a certain polyhexamethylene biguanide disinfectant on the surface of objects in hospital wards was observed and compared with chlorine-containing disinfectant in parallel.Results The polyhexamethylene biguanide disinfectant with a concentration of 1380 mg/L and the chlorine-containing disinfectant with 500 mg/L effective chlorine were used to wipe for 30 min of disinfection,and the qualified rate of hygiene quality of the surface of objects were both 100%.Sampling and testing were conducted 24 hours after disinfection,and the qualified rate of hygiene quality of the surface of objects disinfected by polyhexamethylene guanidine disinfectant was maintained at 70%;the qualified rate of hygiene quality of the surface of objects disinfected by chlorine-containing disinfectant was 43%,basically returning to the level before disinfection.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of disinfectants in the qualified rate of hygiene quality of the surface of objects at 8 h after disinfection.Conclusion The disinfection effect of the polyhexamethylene biguanide disinfectant on the surface of the objects is better than that of the chlorine-containing disinfectant with a concentration of 500 mg/L,but further research is needed.
