摘　　要：目的了解新冠肺炎疫情期间中医院环境病原菌分布,为医院感染控制提供科学依据。方法采用直接涂布法和增菌法同时对样本进行病原菌分离、鉴定工作。结果417件样本,合格399件,合格率为95.68%;病原菌分离样本377件,检出病原菌140株,检出率为37.14%。病原菌以革兰阳性菌为主,占77.86%;革兰阴性菌占22.14%。革兰阳性菌分布排在前4位的是血浆凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、浅绿色气球菌、微球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌;革兰阴性菌分布排在前4位的是铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌复合菌、恶臭假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌和产酸克雷伯菌。结论医院环境中普遍存在常见致病菌和条件致病菌,以革兰阳性菌为主,应有针对性地加强医院环境的消毒工作。Objective To understand the distribution of environmental pathogens in a Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic and provide a scientific basis for nosocomial infection control.Methods The direct coating method and the bacterial enrichment method were used to isolate and identify pathogenic bacteria at the same time.Results Of the 417 samples,399 samples were qualified,with a qualified rate of 95.68%;377 samples were cultured for pathogenic bacteria,and 140 strains of pathogens were detected,with a detection rate of 37.14%.The main pathogens were Gram-positive bacteria,accounting for 77.86%,and Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 22.14%;the top four Gram-positive bacteria were plasma coagulase-negative Staphylococcus,Aeroeoccusviridans,Micrococcus,and Staphylococcus aureus,and the top four Gram-negative bacteria were Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii complex,Pseudomonas putida,Escherichia coli and Klebsiella oxytoca.Conclusion Common pathogens and conditional pathogens are common in hospital environment,and Gram-positive bacteria are the main bacteria.The disinfection of hospital environment should be strengthened.
