摘　　要：目的了解新冠肺炎疫情期间无锡市重点场所卫生现状与消毒质量情况,为科学防控新冠肺炎传播提供依据和支撑。方法采用现场调查与采样检测的方法,对无锡市重点场所的消毒现状进行调查与分析。结果无锡市在新冠肺炎疫情期间,托幼机构和学校中有80%使用的消毒药械有卫生安全备案记录。呕吐物处置时更换新教室占55%,个人防护规范占60%;发热门诊有流水洗手设施占57.14%;养老机构的垃圾存放处每日消毒占71.43%。托幼机构及学校、医疗机构发热门诊和养老机构等环境监测总合格率分别为82.79%、90.20%和74.67%。结论新冠肺炎疫情期间,无锡市重点场所新冠防控薄弱环节为环境物体表面、手卫生及餐饮具,应做好精准消毒,规范个人防护。Objective To understand the sanitation status and disinfection quality of key places in Wuxi City during the COVID-19 epidemic,and to provide basis and support for scientific prevention and control of COVID-19.Methods The current situation of disinfection in key places in Wuxi city was investigated and analyzed using on-site investigation and sampling detection.Results During the COVID-19 epidemic in Wuxi City,80%of the disinfection products used in kindergartens and schools had health and safety records.When disposing of vomit,55%replaced new classrooms and 60%had standard personal protection;57.14%had facilities with running water in fever clinics;71.43%were disinfected daily in the garbage storage areas of nursing homes.The overall qualified rates of environmental monitoring in kindergartens,schools,fever clinics in medical institutions and nursing homes were 82.79%,90.20%and 74.67%,respectively.Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,the weak links in the prevention and control of COVID-19 in key places in Wuxi city are the surfaces of environmental objects,hand hygiene and tableware.Precise disinfection should be done and personal protection should be standardized.
