摘  要:为满足智能铁路发展需求,支撑铁路5G-R专网、下一代承载网、物联网等新型铁路通信网的建设和运营,通过分析铁路通信网现状,面向通信网运行管控体系创新、能力提升、敏捷服务、可信网络等发展目标,开展了规划设计和技术方案研究,并提出几种创新应用的典型场景,为铁路通信网运行管控组织体系的数智化转型和云网协同的智能化演进提供参考。To meet the development needs of intelligent railway and to support the construction and operation of new railway communication networks such as railway 5G private network,nextgeneration bearer network and Internet of Things,a study on planning design and technical scheme is made by analyzing the current situation of railway communication networks and in face of the development objectives of railway communication network operation including innovation of management and control system,capacity improvement,agile services and trusted network.Several typical scenarios of innovative applications are proposed in hope of providing reference for the digital intelligent transformation of operation management and control organization system of railway communication network as well as intelligent evolution of cloud network integration.
