摘 要:以科研院所供暖系统节能改造项目为例,采用空气源热泵机组联动电锅炉系统方式,在原有锅炉系统整体结构基础上,按设定温度及所需供热量加装热泵及测试循环泵。通过空气源热泵供水管路接入原系统空调热水管路,将系统分为春夏秋季、冬季及检修等3种运行工况,结合后台监控系统,有效区分设备运行状态及故障报警信息。通过非采暖季节选用空气源热泵作为热源为精密空调供热,供热效率提高约337%。项目经统计复核,与前3年平均电量相比,共计减少约179万kWh,全年共计节约578吨标准煤。通过优化调整能源结构实现多能互补,促进科研院所节能改造工程建设。Taking the energy-saving transformation project of heating system in scientific research institutes as an example,the air source heat pump unit linkage electric boiler system is adopted.On the basis of the overall structure of the original boiler system,heat pump and test circulating pump are installed according to the set temperature and required heat supply.By connecting the air source heat pump water supply pipeline to the air conditioning hot water pipeline of the original system,the system is divided into three operating conditions:spring to autumn,winter and maintenance.Combined with the background monitoring system,it can effectively distinguish the equipment operation status and fault alarm information.In the non heating season,the air source heat pump is selected as the heat source to heat the precision air conditioner,and the heating efficiency is increased by about 337%.Compared with the average power consumption in the previous three years,the total power consumption decreased by about 1.79 million kWh,and about 578 tons of standard coal were saved in the whole year.By optimizing and adjusting the energy structure,the project realizes multi energy complementarity,promotes the construction of energy-saving transformation projects of scientific research institutes.
