摘 要:针对目前清洁能源与自备电厂发电权交易以报价撮合未考虑综合效益、交易前不计网损对交易次序影响、交易空间仅限省内等问题,提出了一种清洁能源与自备电厂多空间协调替代优化模式。基于交易原则构建了替代交易主体评估指标,采用G1法和改进熵权法确定了各指标权重;基于联系度改进理想解法建立了替代交易主体评估模型,并据此提出一种交易前考虑网损的评估模型改进方法;基于改进评估模型提出断面、省内、跨省多空间协调的替代交易模式及组织流程。最后以IEEE31节点系统为例进行仿真,结果验证了该优化模式的有效性和正确性。There exist many the problems in the power generation rights transactions of the clean energy and the self-provided power plants, for instance, the transactions matched by quotation without considering the comprehensive benefits, the influence of network loss on the transaction sequence not considered before the transaction, or the trading space limited to a certain province, etc. Aiming at these problems, this paper proposes a multi-space coordinated substitution optimization model for clean energy and self-provided power plants. Based on the trading principles, an evaluation index system for the alternative trading entities is constructed. In order to determine the weight of each indicator,the G1 method and the improved entropy weight method are adopted. According to the ideal solution for improving the connection degree, an Evaluation Model of Alternative Transaction Entity is established. On this basis, an improvement method of the evaluation model considering the network loss before the transaction is put forward. In addition,with the improved evaluation model, an optimized substitution model which considers various multi-space coordination including sectional, intra-provincial, and inter-provincial ones is proposed. Finally, a simulation is carried out in the IEEE31-node system, and the results verifies the effectiveness and correctness of the optimization model.
