摘 要:针对目前现场投运机组励磁系统低励限制环节(under excitation limiter,UEL)控制参数几乎均采用默认定值且偏保守、同时对其稳定裕度缺少量化评估手段问题,文章提出一种基于现场测试的低励限制动作期间发电机组稳定裕度评估的实用化方法。该方法通过扫频获取现场UEL动作期间的闭环控制系统频域特性,结合发电机组励磁调节系统模型,求出其开环系统奈奎斯特曲线,根据曲线穿越实轴点与(-1,j0)位置关系评估UEL环节动作期间系统稳定裕度,指导现场UEL控制参数整定与优化。在实验室环境下,分别对采用竞比型和叠加型UEL接入电压控制主环2种原理的实际励磁调节器装置进行闭环测试,验证了测试方案与评估方法的可行性与有效性,丰富了现场UEL环节稳定性能试验手段。In view of the fact that almost all the control parameters of the excitation system under excitation limiter(UEL) are fixed by default and conservative, and the lack of quantitative evaluation means for its stability, a practical method for evaluating the stability margin of generator unit during UEL action based on field test is proposed. The frequency domain characteristics of the closed-loop control system during UEL action are obtained by frequency scanning,and the Nyquist curve of the open-loop control system is obtained by combining the excitation regulation system model of the generator unit, so as to evaluate the stability margin of the system during UEL action by the relation between the curve through the real axis point and the position(1, j0), and to guide the setting and optimization of UEL control parameters. In the laboratory, the closed loop test is carried out on the real excitation regulator device which adopts the competitive type and the superimposed type UEL connected to the voltage control main loop respectively, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the test scheme and evaluation method are verified, which enriches the means of on-site UEL stability test.
