摘　　要：北京冬奥会成功申办以来,习近平关于促进冰雪运动发展的系列重要论述,成为指导我国冰雪运动发展的根本指南。对习近平关于冰雪运动的重要讲话及论述进行系统梳理总结,从重要论述的生成逻辑出发,提炼出核心要义,主要包括冬奥开放共享论、冰雪运动全面发展论、冰雪运动全面参与论、冰雪运动创新发展论、冰雪产业绿色发展论等重要论点。结合新时代冰雪运动发展实际提出相关实践要求,为构建促进人民健康的冰雪运动体系提供实践指导。Since China’s bid for the Beijing Winter Olympic Games,Xi Jinping has made a series of important statements on promoting the development of ice and snow sports on many occasions,which has become an important thought guiding the development of ice and snow sports in China.This paper systematically combs and summarizes Xi Jinping’s important speeches and discussions on ice and snow sports,and extracts the core essence from the generation logic of the important discussions,mainly including the Winter Olympic open sharing theory,the comprehensive development theory of ice and snow sports,the comprehensive participation theory of ice and snow sports,the innovative development theory of ice and snow sports,and the green development theory of ice and snow industry.Combined with the actual development of ice and snow sports in the new era,this paper puts forward relevant practical requirements to provide practical guidance for building an ice and snow sports system to promote people’s health.
