摘 要:为探究NM300TP热轧耐磨板最佳冷却工艺,采用两段式冷却工艺,通过控制中冷温度和空冷时间,得到不同冷却工艺下的轧板。轧板具有贝氏体+铁素体+残余奥氏体的三相组织,无需轧后热处理便可获得良好的综合力学性能。研究结果表明,耐磨钢中各相含量与其力学性能有明显的对应关系,贝氏体越多,布氏硬度越大,抗拉强度越高,磨损失重越小,但对耐磨钢塑性的影响不大。各相含量可通过冷却工艺进行调控,较高的中冷温度可以抑制铁素体转变,促进贝氏体的生成;空冷时间的延长,有利于贝氏铁素体的生成,在二次冷却过程中获得更多的贝氏体组织。In order to explore the best cooling process of NM300 TP hot-rolled wear-resistant plate, the rolling plates under different cooling processes were obtained by controlling the intermediate cooling temperature and air-cooling time using a two-stage cooling process. The rolling plate has a three-phase structure of bainite + ferrite + retained austenite, and good comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained without post-rolling heat treatment. The results demonstrate that the content of each phase in the wear-resistant steel has an obvious corresponding relationship with its mechanical properties. The more bainite is, the greater the Brinell hardness and tensile strength are, and the lower the wear loss is, but it has little effect on the plasticity of wear-resistant steel. The content of each phase can be adjusted through the cooling process, and a higher intermediate cooling temperature can inhibit ferrite transformation and promote the formation of bainite. The extension of air-cooling time is conducive to the formation of bainitic ferrite, and more bainite structure can be obtained in the secondary cooling process.
