摘  要:基于首钢京唐公司1580热连轧生产线高速钢轧辊的实际使用现状,对高速钢轧辊在降低辊耗成本和提高产品表面质量方面的优势及使用特点进行了分析,并从原理上对高速钢轧辊对带钢板形控制的不利影响进行了研究。在此基础上,提出了抑制高速钢轧辊辊面氧化膜剥落和高速钢轧辊重复上机初始辊形预报等措施,使高速钢轧辊辊面氧化膜剥落发生率显著降低,产品表面质量明显提高,有效解决了高速钢轧制辊期开轧前几卷带钢凸度偏差过大问题。Based on the actual application status of high speed steel(HSS) roll in 1580 hot strip production line of Shougang Jingtang Company, the advantages and application characteristics of the HSS roll in reducing roll consumption costs and improving product surface quality were analyzed, and the adverse effect of the HSS roll on shape control of strip was studied in principle. On this basis, measures such as inhibiting the peeling of oxide film on the surface of HSS roll and the prediction of initial roll shape of the re-used HSS roll were put forward, so that the occurrence rate of oxide film peeling on the surface of HSS roll was significantly reduced, the product surface quality was significantly improved, and the problem of excessive crown deviation of the first few coils at the rolling sequence was effectively solved.
