摘 要:综述了国内外对铜渣中有价元素回收和资源化综合利用方面的研究现状。针对铜渣中高品位的铁,主要从氧化焙烧磁选法和直接焙烧还原法2种工艺对铁资源回收处理的优势及缺陷进行讨论研究;对钴、锌、铜、金、银、铝等有色金属元素回收率和回收工艺进行比较;根据铜渣本身的物相构成,阐述了铜渣在制备建筑材料、微晶玻璃和废水处理方面的应用现状;展望了铜渣未来的应用与研究方向。The current domestic and foreign research status on the recovery of valuable elements in copper slag and the comprehensive utilization of resources are reviewed.For high-grade iron in copper slag,the advantages and disadvantages of iron resource recovery treatment were discussed and studied mainly from the oxidation roasting magnetic separation method and the direct roasting reduction method.For non-ferrous metals such as cobalt,zinc,copper,gold,silver,and aluminum,the element recovery rate and recovery process were compared.According to the phase composition of the copper slag itself,the application status of the copper slag in the preparation of building materials,glass-ceramics and wastewater treatment was explained.The future application and research direction of copper slag were prospected.
