摘 要:目的建立二次热解吸-毛细管气相色谱测定工作场所空气中丙烯腈的方法。方法采用PerkinElmer Tenax TA吸附管采样,二次热解吸后进样,经毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果以采集1.5 L空气样品计,丙烯腈的线性范围为0.04~8.60 mg/m^(3),检出限0.05×10^(-1) mg/m^(3);回归方程相关系数0.9997;RSD为4.10%~5.48%(n=6);解吸效率为98.87%~104.06%;穿透容量>1.60 mg。结论该方法适用于工作场所空气中丙烯腈的有效分离和准确测定。Objective To establish a two-stage thermal desorption-capillary gas chromatography method for determination of acrylonitrile in workplace air.Methods The samples were collected with PerkinElmer Tenax TA adsorption tubes,desorbed and analyzed by two-stage thermal desorption capillary gas chromatography,and measured by flame ionization detector,qualified by retention time and quantified by peak area.Results The linear ranges was 0.04-8.60 mg/m^(3)(the sample volume was 1.5 L),and the limit of detection was 0.05×10^(-1) mg/m^(3);the correlation coefficient was 0.9997 and the relative standard deviation was 4.10%-5.48%(n=6),and the desorption efficiency was in the range of 98.87%-104.06%.The break through capacity was greater than 1.60 mg.Conclusion This method is sensitive,accurate and applicable for the separation and determination of acrylonitrile in workplace air.
