摘　　要：七甲川花菁是一种近红外荧光染料,其光学性质卓越,已被广泛应用于荧光成像。将七甲川花菁分子与肿瘤特异性配体偶联可使其靶向肿瘤,实现肿瘤靶向荧光成像,动态监测疾病的发生与进展。同时,也存在一些七甲川花菁染料,不与其他分子偶联就可以靶向聚集于肿瘤中,此类七甲川花菁染料与药物偶联,可以将药物靶向递送到肿瘤部位,从而提高药物活性并降低不良反应。本文就七甲川花菁染料在肿瘤靶向荧光探针以及抗肿瘤药物递送中的应用进行了综述,旨在为七甲川花菁染料在肿瘤治疗领域的发展提供参考。Heptamethine cyanine dye is a kind of near-infrared fluorescent dye with excellent optical properties, and has been widely used in fluorescence imaging.The coupling of the heptamethine cyanine dye with a tumor-specific ligand can target the tumor, and achieve tumor-targeted fluorescence imaging.There are also some heptamethine cyanine dyes, which can be targeted to accumulate in tumors without being coupled with other molecules.These heptamethine cyanine dyes can be combined with drugs to deliver the drug to the tumor site, thereby improving the pharmacological activities, and reducing side effects.This review covers the application of heptamethine cyanine dyes in tumor-targeted fluorescent probes and anti-tumor drug delivery.It aims to provide a reference for the development of heptacyanine cyanine dye in the field of tumor treatment.
