摘  要:采用机身/机翼/尾翼贴体网格与旋翼动量源相结合的CFD方法,开展了某倾转四旋翼机气动布局参数对气动特性的影响分析研究。首先,建立了一套适用于倾转四旋翼机全机干扰流场模拟的数值方法。然后,基于所建立方法开展了不同部件干扰情况下旋翼气动特性分析。最后,分析了前飞速度、旋翼旋向组合、旋翼横向距离对旋翼与机翼气动特性的影响规律。结果表明:后旋翼气动特性受全机干扰的影响较大,后旋翼拉力相对于孤立旋翼减小了41%。随着前飞速度的增加,前旋翼和机翼对后旋翼的气动干扰增强。从机头前方正视,机翼的左旋翼右旋和机翼的右旋翼左旋,有利于改善全机气动性能。前后旋翼的横向距离增大会提高后机翼和后旋翼的气动性能,横向距离为0.5 m时,后旋翼拉力比0 m时增大47%。The CFD method combining fuselage/wing/tail body-fitted grid with rotor momentum source was used to analyze and study the influence of aerodynamic layout parameters on aerodynamic characteristics of a quad tiltrotor aircraft.Firstly,a numerical method was established to simulate the whole aircraft interference flow field of quad tiltrotor aircraft.Then,the aerodynamic characteristics of the rotor under different component interferences were analyzed based on the established method.Finally,the influence laws of forward speed,rotor rotation direction combination and rotor transverse distance on the aerodynamic characteristics of rotor and wing were analyzed.The results show that the aerodynamic characteristics of the rear rotor were greatly affected by whole aircraft interference and the rear rotor thrust was reduced by 41%compared with the isolated rotor.With the increase of forward speed,the aerodynamic interferences of the front rotor and wing to the rear rotor are enhanced.Looking forward from the nose,the left rotor of wing is right-handed and the right rotor of wing is left-handed,which is beneficial to improve the aerodynamic performance of the whole aircraft.The aerodynamic performances of the rear wing and the rear rotor were improved with the increase of the transverse distance of the front and rear rotor.When the transverse distance was 0.5 m,the thrust of the rear rotor was increased by 47%compared with that of 0 m.
