摘  要:带内网格筋环件因其强度高、质量小,在航空航天等领域有着广泛的应用。由于带有网格筋的环形薄壁零件结构复杂、难以成形,本文提出了一种连续的局部约束轧制成形工艺。简述了带内网格筋环件约束轧制成形原理,利用Deform-3D有限元模拟软件建立了其约束轧制成形有限元模型,模拟分析了其成形过程,得到了构件网格筋充填、等效应力分布、金属流动情况、成形力变化等宏观变形规律。结果表明:带内网格筋环件约束轧制成形过程中,每一个网格筋单元变形规律一致,变形区存在中性面、主动变形区和被动变形区,且在每个轧制过程中周期性变化,每个内网格单元填充均匀,成形载荷随时间呈周期性波浪状增大。The ring with inner gridding stiffeners has been widely used in the aerospace field because of its high strength and light weight. A continuous local constrained rolling processing was proposed to solve the problem that the part is difficult to be formed due to its complicated structure(inner gridding stiffeners on the thin wall of the ring). The forming principle of constrained rolling for ring with inner gridding stiffeners was sketched, then finite element model for constrained rolling was established by using Deform-3D finite element simulation software and the forming process was analyzed, the macroscopic deformation law including inner gridding stiffeners filling, effective stress distribution, metal flow and forming force were obtained. The results show that during constrained rolling for ring with inner gridding stiffeners, the deformation law of each inner gridding unit is consistent, and there exists neutral face, active deformation area and passive deformation area in the deformation zone, and they change periodically under each rolling pass, the filling of every inner gridding units is uniform,also the forming force increases in a periodic wave with time.
