摘 要:提出一种基于液压胀形和挤压成形的Y型三通管充液挤压成形工艺。利用Abaqus有限元软件对该成形工艺进行了数值模拟,研究了成形过程中的主要缺陷以及内压大小、内压加载路径、摩擦系数对三通管成形质量的影响规律。结果表明:管的主要质量问题是壁厚分布不均匀和起皱。内压大小对起皱起决定性作用,当内压在30MPa以上时,起皱消失。当内压为35MPa时,成形质量较好;摩擦系数越小,壁厚差越小;合适的内压加载路径可以改善管的壁厚分布。A hydro-extruding forming process of Y-shaped three-way tube based on hydraulic bulging and extrusion forming was proposed.The forming process was simulated based on the software Abaqus.The main defects in tube forming process,and affecting factors such as internal pressure,loading path and friction coefficient on the quality of tube forming were studied.The results show that the main quality problems of the tube are uneven wall thickness distribution and wrinkling.The internal pressure plays a decisive role in wrinkling,and when the internal pressure is above 30 MPa,the wrinkles disappear.When the internal pressure is 35 MPa,the forming quality is good.The smaller the friction coefficient is,the smaller the wall thickness difference is.A suitable internal pressure loading path can improve the wall thickness distribution of the tube.
