摘 要:采用电阻点焊技术将FeCoNiCrCu_(0.5)高熵合金与304L不锈钢进行焊接接合,并借助表面3D轮廓测量仪、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描式电子显微镜(SEM)等设备观察焊点表面形貌,分析了高熵合金与304L不锈钢间的元素扩散、析出行为和焊接缺陷。结果表明.采用电阻点焊可成功实现FeCoNiCrCu_(0.5),高熵合金与304L不锈钢异种金属的焊接接合,但焊后熔融区与热影响区存在少量裂纹和空穴缺陷,这些裂纹可归纳为熔融区的结晶裂纹,以及热影响区内的液化裂纹;由于过大的焊接电流与较长的焊接时间,试片熔融区熔液由中心位置向外喷溅而形成空穴。FeCoNiCrCu_(0.5)熔融区与304L熔融区的平均硬度均较母材硬度低,这是由于304L不锈钢中的铁元素扩散至熔融区中形成富铁相,且熔融区存在大小不一的裂纹造成的。The FeCoNiCrCu_(0.5) high entropy alloy was welded with 304L stainless steel by resistance spot welding technology,and the surface morphology of welding spots was observed by means of surface 3D contour measuring instrument,optical microscope(OM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the element diffusion,precipitation behavior and welding defects between high entropy alloy and 304 stainless steel were analyzed.The results show that FeCoNiCrCu_(0.5) high-entropy alloy can be successfully welded with 304L stainless steel by resistance spot welding,but there are some cracks and empty holes in the melt zone and the heat affected zone after welding.These cracks can be summarized as crystallization cracks in the melt zone and liquefaction cracks in the heat affected zone.Due to excessive welding current and long welding time,the molten liquid splashes outward from the central position and forms empty holes.The average hardness of FeCoNiCrCu_(0.5) melting zone and 304L melting zone is lower than that of base metal.It is due to the diffusion of iron element in 304L stainless steel into the melting zone to form iron-rich phase,and the existence of different size cracks in the melting zone.
