摘  要:STEP系列压水堆燃料组件是我国自主设计研发,拥有完全自主知识产权的燃料组件,包括上管座、骨架、燃料棒等部分。上管座焊接是压水堆燃料组件制造的核心工艺,是决定上管座力学性能、外形尺寸合格性的核心工序。对某型号燃料组件上管座开展焊接工艺试验,上管座部件的焊接接头为无坡口对接形式,采用先手工组对点焊,后匀速自动焊接的焊接工序。对上管座试样进行外观、金相、晶间腐蚀、渗透等检验,探索出满足技术条件要求的焊接工艺参数。针对熔深、热变形量等工艺难点进行分析,提出工艺优化改进的思路。STEP series PWR fuel assembly is independently designed and developed by China,with full independent intellectual property rights.The STEP series fuel assembly consists of top nozzle,skeleton and fuel rods.Top nozzle welding is the key manufacturing process for PWR fuel assembly,which decides the mechanical properties and physical dimension of the top nozzle.Welding process test for the top nozzle of a fuel assembly was carried out.The welding joint of the top nozzle part was the form of no groove butt joint,the welding process with first manual spot welding then automatic welding with constant velocity was adopted.The appearance,metallography,intergranular corrosion and penetration of the top nozzle samples were tested,and the welding process parameters which meet the technical requirements were explored.The process difficulties such as melting depth and thermal deformation were analyzed,and the idea of process optimization and improvement was put forward.
