摘 要:304L不锈钢法兰与不锈钢管焊接后在酸洗过程中发生腐蚀失效。采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验、SEM、热处理模拟等方法,对该法兰中孔处的腐蚀现象进行分析。结果表明,法兰中孔处在焊接后存在晶间敏化,严重降低了法兰的耐晶间腐蚀性能,从而导致法兰中孔焊缝及附近在酸洗过程中发生晶间腐蚀减薄。Corrosion failure was found in the course of acid pickling after welding of a flange with a pipe.The corrosion phenomenon at the central hole of the flange was analyzed by means of macroscopic examination,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,SEM analysis,heat treatment simulation.The results show that intergranular sensitization is found on the central hole of the flange after welding,the resistance to intergranular corrosion of the flange is seriously weakened and it finally causes the intergranular corrosion thinning in the course of acid picking.
